My wife and I were very pleased with our leasing experience at Altantic Honda. After asking us what our needs were, Larry Ellis our salesman gave us our options on availability. Once we agreed on color etc. Larry met with Brianna and it was no nonsense. As my kids have gotten older, we definitely did not need to replace my 2010 Pilot with a new one. I could have downsized to a car. I stressed to Larry that I needed a good deal (in my estimation) or I was going to think about a car. Larry met with Brianna the sales manager and both he and her came over and presented the deal. It was pretty close to what I had in my mind I was going to spend. We picked up the new Pilot later on in the week and I have been very pleased with the truck itself. regards, gary More
Belinda Nagy and Rick Alessi were an absolute delight to work with. Belinda was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles as well as the process of leasing and/or buying. We came in and Anthony put us into the minivan that we needed in within the budget that we wanted. He was very helpful and very quick to answer or return phone calls with questions. Walked into the dealership with the intention of a test driver for a CR-V, getting cost of vehicle and going home to think about it and compare with other vehicles we had in mind, i.e. Sorento, Santa Fe, R driver for a CR-V, getting cost of vehicle and going home to think about it and compare with other vehicles we had in mind, i.e. Sorento, Santa Fe, Rav4 but loved everything about the vehicle, Fred (and Clyde - trainee). So knowledgeable about the car, purchasing vs. leasing, working with our insurance company, DMV part of the sale, etc., Fred really made the decision easier for us to just close the deal that day. The only rating above that we gave N/A was because I think that applies to service, if not, then that is another 5. More
