This is the second new Honda that our family has purchased from Allan Lepler. He is a terrific salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives you quick, accurate answers. He even took the time to come outside a week later to help me with my HandsFree device because I was missing a step and he showed me how to set it up. Atlantic Honda is great also. Very professional, terrific service department and they aim to please. Very nice and clean atmosphere. I had an after-market interior wood kit applied to my new CR-V, and the service department did it in record time. It came out perfect, and I am very pleased with it. Everyone in Service was extremely nice and professional especially Christine and Bob. Buying a car from Atlantic Honda was a great experience, which is hard to find these days with the car dealers out there. I would absolutely recommend them. He is a dedicated, reliable, professional a wonderful credit to Honda as a representative. His good heart, integrity,GREAT eye for cars and GREAT customer service were EXACTLY what I needed. I am handicapped and have severe arthritis; therefore, walking is often difficult. He realized I needed a car that allow me to be feel safe and secure; yet meet my budget needs as well. Though I listed the specs I wanted with many dealers (from NY, NJ, Pa, Yonkers, LI, Queens, Ct to name a few) I was told I was “too picky” and had no success. I was truly beginning to think I would have to settle; however, Richard Lobraico came through FANTASTICALLY and has made me a lifelong customer. Through all the months of looking, waiting and hoping; Richie kept in constant contact. Even when there had been slim prospects he called to see what variances/exceptions etc I might be willing to consider. Whenever he thought he had something that would meet my needs he immediately called and followed up to see if it might be the “fit” I needed. Finally, Friday May 27th - I got THE CALL - he had MY CAR – “get out here immediately…” though it was after 7pm - I came to see, examine and test drive the car. It met and surpassed all my expectations. Richie reminded me to add an alarm system and rain protectors for my windows (I ordered both) I am very grateful and appreciative for all his dedication and perseverance on my behalf - never giving up. Mr. Lobraico had surgery the day before I picked up the car; however, the Pre-Owned manager Mr. Casmil Abreu stepped in personally. He even offered to pick me up from the train station. He was kind and repsonsive to any questions, problems, and concerns I have had especially as a first time car owner. I visited Atlantic Honda at the recommendation of a friend. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and none of the associated were too pushy as we browsed. We informed Rick that we were looking to buy a new car, preferably a Honda Accord. He brought Eric Flores over to work with us.
