The day I went to pick up my Pilot my parents couldn't refuse the deal they got on the Accord. The Honda product is superb and Richie at Atlantic Honda is the man to talk too. We shopped an other Honda Dealer before going to Atlantic. We made a slightly better deal with Atlantic and although it wasnt to write home about we were happy. After we were approved and had signed our lease agreement and made our down paymnet, one of thier "General Sales Managers" informed the salesman to tell us the deal is off and they werent making enough money. This is after two trips tpo the dealer, taking my money, allowing me to sign a lease contract and shaking our hands. They than proceeded to tell us that they could not refund the money they just took until their main office processed it. Well after 45 seconds of screaming like a lunatic in thier showroom they quickly processed my refund. This was the shadiest, most dishonest car buying experiance I have had. I recomend you shop somewhere else with executive staff that value thier customers. I wouldn't recomend Atlantic to an enemy. Less than two hours after this or deal we had made an even better deal with a Honda dealer that was happy to have us for cuctomers. Run away from this dealer with your money in your pocket! More

I am a returning Atlantic customer but this time with a Honda product rather than a competitor. I expected to be given some preferential treatment as a repeat customer but the Atlantic Honda experiece was Honda product rather than a competitor. The time and patience the Senior Sales representative, Jose Rodriguez took to explain the vehicle to my wife (her car) was top shelf. After much 'shopping around' and due diligence I ultimately made my final purchase with Atlantic Honda. The showroom was clean and inviting. Though bustling with business, the sales personnel were ultimately made my final purchase with Atlantic Honda. The showroom was clean and inviting. I was greeted with a huge smile and warm handshake by Al Lepler who turned out to be the all time consummate salesman. He was knowledgeable, fair minded, organized, pleasant, & patient. He provided me with multiple purchase & lease options making my purchase a seamless transaction. He took the time to explain all the cars' options and provided directive for the operation of everything from the windshield wipers to the door locks. Rich Demott the Finance/Business Manager was a pleasure to do business with as well. There were no high pressure tactics. Financing was clearly and definitively explained and my final transaction was not wrought with additional features I was not comfortable with. I had my new 2011 Civic in my driveway less than 24 hours from my initial introduction to Al and couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase through Atlantic Honda. I got a fantastic car at a fantastic price! I am certain this is the beginning of a long term relationship laden with additional purchases yet to be.
