Bring a Book I had an appointment for just an oil change and didn't get out until 2 hours later! When my car was done, the guy told me all this extra stuff I shoul I had an appointment for just an oil change and didn't get out until 2 hours later! When my car was done, the guy told me all this extra stuff I should do which is fine except I should have been given the chance to maybe do one of them that day. For example, he said I should get my tires rotated. Okay, you could have asked if I want my tires rotated and just did it instead of me having to come back again to get that done. The service guy was also very rude and cocky. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but there really wasn't any reason for him to be rude from the moment he was checking me in! During my wait, I was sent a text telling me if I had any questions to feel free to send a message. Well, I sent message a little over an hour in asking for an approximate time my car would be ready and never ever got a reply. It's unfortunate because I usually do not have a problem here, but other patrons were saying the same about the long wait time for just oil changes. More

Parés Was told battery was bad by your mechanic.. I took it to Auto zone and there's nothing wrong with battery.
