Always Great Service I have been bringing my 2000 Honda Accord for service for many years. Alex is my service representative. October 2019 in the morning my exhaust syst I have been bringing my 2000 Honda Accord for service for many years. Alex is my service representative. October 2019 in the morning my exhaust system dropped, and I had a job interview in the afternoon. I called Alex, and he told me to bring the car in. He was able to have the service tech make the vehicle driveable, and I had to replace the entire exhaust system two days later. When I arrived, he told me not to worry that he would help get to my job interview. Granted I did not get the job, but I will never forget the outstanding service I received that day. More

Great Service Chris Marino was amenable and professional. He explained what needed to be done. When my car was ready he went over what was done and escorted me to cashier. He is polite but not patronizing. More
