Why bother making an appointment This is the 4th or 5th time I've used this service department for basic oil changes. I don't know why I bother making an appointment. It always takes This is the 4th or 5th time I've used this service department for basic oil changes. I don't know why I bother making an appointment. It always takes at least 2 hours. Which is absolutely ridiculous!! Then after waiting forever for your car they always find something else magically wrong with it and try to push you into fixing it. Then when you politely decline they give you an attitude about. Well sorry maybe if you didn't take over 2 hours for an oil change I would have had you address the other issues you found. Not happy. More
