Atlantic Honda - Service Center

Poor advice Today I went in for my 35K maintenance, when I got there I got a service similar to jiffy lube. I got there and automatically I was ambushed with thin Today I went in for my 35K maintenance, when I got there I got a service similar to jiffy lube. I got there and automatically I was ambushed with things I needed to do and prices. After that, I told the service rep that I just wanted a maintenance done. I told her I can’t afford the price, so tell me what I should really do. She said the air filters, I didn’t think that was correct, which it wasn’t. Then I asked the other service, what should’ve got then and they said I need to flush the fluids that’s more important. After that was done I got a call, that I should’ve really consider changing my tires and that I need to do it now. I told her I don’t have money and she still insisted on sell me stuff. I spent about $30k on Atlantic Honda I don’t need someone to make more money off me. My car is a 2017 I just need it service, my car is still pretty new and doesn’t need that much maintance towards it. More

Felt over charged Came in for oil change. Left one thousand dollars less for repairs, yet car had been handling fine. Noticed dealership had a script to handle custom Came in for oil change. One hour later, they visit me with chart of sudden repair. One hour later, they walk me aside from other customers to inform me of yet another repair. Saw this done to four other customers. Clock work. Was there 5 hours. Labor rate was 3/4 of bill. Hugh mark up. Will never return to any Honda dealership for service. More

Been coming here for years. Service is still very good. I’ll be coming back for as long as I own my suv. I came for an oil change and a recall notice. They didn’t have my parts. Service is still very good. I’ll be coming back for as long as I own my suv. I came for an oil change and a recall notice. They didn’t have my parts. I don’t know exactly why but they kept my car for several hours. Later I was told that they had my recall part and installed it. It must have been a big job. Everything is OK and while there I spent some time looking at the new Pilot. Maybe my next ride. More
