In and Out I use the Honda app to easily schedule my car service appointments. The service department sends me emails and texts to remind me of my service prio I use the Honda app to easily schedule my car service appointments. The service department sends me emails and texts to remind me of my service prior to the appointment and even when I may be due for a service -which is great. I try to schedule with the same advisor David if possible when I go. He knows my car and keeps me up to speed by communicating with me via text and in person with my service while I wait. He’s super friendly, knowledgeable and I rarely have a long wait. While I did not purchase my car from this dealer I will always use the service deptartment here because they are fast and efficient. Took too long! I had an appointment for an oil change at 10,30 am on Sat 10/7. I brought my car in on time and was told it would be an hour but it was not finished I had an appointment for an oil change at 10,30 am on Sat 10/7.
