Installation on new vehicle I was in for a molding installation on my 2017 Civic recently. First, I appreciate the follow-up text messages to confirm my appointment; I am quit I was in for a molding installation on my 2017 Civic recently. First, I appreciate the follow-up text messages to confirm my appointment; I am quite busy at work, and honestly car-related issues are near the bottom of my list of priorities. But for the reminders, I may not have even remember to head in for the service. Second, having breakfast available on a Saturday morning was much appreciated, as it made the process feel like less than of an inconvenience than it may have otherwise. Thirdly, and I suppose the real reason I’m writing this, is that I want to say what a pleasure it was to work with Bernie Ocasio. Pursuant to the paperwork I received, if asked to rate him, he would definitely land in the “excellent” category, getting a score of 100 from me. We reviewed my forms thoroughly upon arrival, and he took the time to address a couple of concerns I had rather than just attempting to hurry up and move on. Considering how busy it was, he certainly could have chosen the latter with good cause, but instead he addressed all of my questions in a polite and professional manner. Once the installation was complete, he called me to let me know as much, but also offered to have the car washed for me before I got back to pick it up. And, about half an hour later, he followed up with me to let me know everything was complete, in case I was under the impression I should wait to arrive. Once I was there, he managed to address and greet me while still helping another customer, and got me finished up as quickly as I could have expected. I certainly have no problem complaining about bad service, but I believe it is equally as important to reward good service with just as much effort. Seeing as this is my first new car, and being that I am a loyal Honda customer, my interaction with him is exactly what would cause me to visit Atlantic Honda first if and when it’s time to switch vehicles. 2017 Honda Civic EX-L More
