I was told a number of things had to be done to my car which only had 15,000 miles on it also when i went to pay my bill they only take a Debit card (I don't have) no checks and cash - I had to pay 3 pe which only had 15,000 miles on it also when i went to pay my bill they only take a Debit card (I don't have) no checks and cash - I had to pay 3 percent to use my credit card- This should be stated somewhere in your literature that paying by credit card costs more! I usually have a good experience at this Honda repair center, but this time my wife brought our car in for a NYS inspection which failed over front washer blades. Honda salesman offered replacement blade center, but this time my wife brought our car in for a NYS inspection which failed over front washer blades. Honda salesman offered replacement blades for $100. I bought my own replacement blades at a fraction of the dealer price once she called me and paid an additional $10 to then pass the inspection on another day. Upon my inspection of the original blades, there was absolutely nothing wrong with them and in no way should have caused a failure. I feel that my wife was taken advantage of and this will be the last time I bring my Honda in for an inspection at this location. More
