Alex was a competent Service writer/advisor and the department was able to get me in an hour after every error light on the dash of our 2015 Honda Hybrid lit up. I was stunned that after the electr department was able to get me in an hour after every error light on the dash of our 2015 Honda Hybrid lit up. I was stunned that after the electronic diagnosis showed issues with the engine rockers and a switch on the transmission Alex stated that not only a change of fluids was needed, but an (amazingly expensive) "flush" to turn off the error lights! My research indicated that "all lights" was an electrical issue. But we have done every Honda-recommended service on time at our Atlantic, so even though shocked at the sticker price, trusted and went ahead with the recommendation. I will keep my Atlantic Honda apprised of the efficacy of the diagnosis and treatment. And thank you for getting me in quickly and Alex for working hard. More
