Went in for a recall & wheel alignment, my wheel wasn’t fixed, wasn’t told I needed Struts & Ball Joints and also a balled tire. I cannot drive my CRV and was overcharged. When you go to the service dept, you are ignored and you wait for someone to acknowledge you to get help. To have a nut put on my tire that was missing, I was told $75.00 and a 2 hour wait!!!
