Very professional, excellent service and shockingly cheaper than a local mechanic. Got an oil change and inspection completed no problem for less than $100, car actually ran better than any other oil c cheaper than a local mechanic. The service sucked. They told me it was a 2 hour wait and it ended up being a 3 hour wait. Nicholas was just a bad service advisor. Went to him a few times and he told me that they were going to work on the it ended up being a 3 hour wait. Nicholas was just a bad service advisor. Went to him a few times and he told me that they were going to work on the car. Didn't do nothing to actually check if the car was being worked on. Nasty attitude. People that came after me left before me. I only went in for oil change I shouldn't had to wait 3 hours. The guy that brought the car out was actually pretty nice he apologized and informed me that they were short staff and they were moving as fast as they could, which if Nicholas would have told me that when I arrived I would have rescheduled my appointment instead of waiting around for 3 hours. Chris texted and ask about my experience when I texted and explained he never responded back to the message I guess it doesn't matter to him either. More
