The salesman, Moises, requested that I leave a check “in good faith” while they searched for a vehicle that fit my budget. He assured me that we would finalize the deal the next day, Thursday, October 10th. However, on Thursday, I received a text informing me that the salesman was off and that I should come in on Friday to work on the deal. At no point did I sign a buyer’s order, nor was a specific car selected for purchase. The only vehicle discussed had a payment of approximately $1,400 per month, which I clearly stated was beyond my budget. The finance manager then instructed the salesman to find a car that better fit my financial requirements. Due to their delays and lack of communication, I purchased a vehicle elsewhere for significantly less. Despite this, Atlantic Kia continued to run my credit without my authorization, including as recently as today. They also cashed the “good faith” check I left, despite no deal being finalized and no vehicle being chosen. I have attempted to contact a manager on multiple occasions to resolve this issue, but no one has returned my calls. Their actions are both unscrupulous and, in my opinion, tantamount to fraud. They have operated in bad faith, misled me, and taken actions without my consent. More
Asked if I should go meet even if my score wouldn’t be Tier 1 after running it…to receive $468 monthly payments, and I was told yes come in; however, in person they told me $486 monthly payments would be Tier 1 after running it…to receive $468 monthly payments, and I was told yes come in; however, in person they told me $486 monthly payments would be the best they could do…after turning down other offers…plus I was told that another offer wasn’t including the sales tax and that’s why it was even lower, but the proof shows that offer included them More
Very satisfied with my salesperson & others who helped close the sale. Opal took time to explain each vehicle I was interested in & how some features on the one I chose worked. She also followed up the ne close the sale. Opal took time to explain each vehicle I was interested in & how some features on the one I chose worked. She also followed up the next day to see how I liked driving the car & if I had a questions. Everyone was very pleasant & professional. More
