I brought my car in for service today. Cody is the best. He is always a pleasure and any time I have a question about my car. He’s always willing to give me the best advice. He goes over everything with you and after my car is serviced he personally brings me my keys. And thanks me for having my car service with Kia. I’m very comfortable with handing him my keys and knowing that he will make sure the job is done right. He gets a perfect rating from me. Thank you Cody for the great service.

Sales person did not let us know regarding that was only one FOB, and indicated that is the way they recieved the car. vey unethical.Also tried to sell a car with a dent that was not listed until we phisical saw it

I could write a lengthy review concerning my experience at Karp Automotive Service, but I think short and sweet serves us all best. Do not use them for service. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and inspection, and they turned the request into a $1,600 bill by claiming I voided the warranty and I needed a new oil pan. When I informed the service manager that as a 20 year loyal customer, I am disgusted by their behavior and I would be giving them a bad review, she told me to take my car and leave. She also said that Karp will no longer be servicing my vehicles. She told me my car had been rendered undrivable by them, and I needed to call a tow truck. I did and brought it to an honest mechanic who serviced the vehicle for $157 not $1600. I guess they think it’s easy to scam an elderly woman out of $1,600 but the charges were so inflated that they had to be questioned. Short and sweet…don’t use Karp Automotive to service your vehicles and if they can’t service them why would you buy from them to begin with?

I hated this place. So happy I got rid of my Kia after a horrible experience with there staff while coming in for grinding engine. I have purchased a Lexus and now see the difference in treatment from a better dealer. I tell my friends and family never buy Kia.
