I never write reviews, but they were so bad I have no choice. Atlantic Kia's supervising salesmen (NOT BRUCE, he was fine), DMV department and management are awful, inconsiderate, unprofessional to say t choice. Atlantic Kia's supervising salesmen (NOT BRUCE, he was fine), DMV department and management are awful, inconsiderate, unprofessional to say the least. ISSUE 1) Supervising Salesman lied about the sales numbers and were openly bickering about it in front of us. Then when I got in with the numbers guy they had to readjust the rates to fit the monthly quote that were provided to me; ISSUE 2) DMV department charged me for full year of registration even when I had weeks left to renew. Completely lied through omission and gave me the LITERAL run around; and ISSUE 3) Two different staff, including management never returned my call, over the course of two (2) days as they were unable to determine the DMV registration issue. NEVER GO TO ATLANIC KIA. The supervising salesman was overly aggressive - even for car salesman, they lied right to my face and then by omission. AGAIN NEVER GO TO ATLATIC KIA. Spend your money elsewhere. I understand that reviews matter, and that people work hard for commissions, and they don't deserve your money. Take it somewhere else. I NEVER write reviews because I don't want to mess with anyone's earnings, but they lied and lied again to cover it up. More
