Words can not describe my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by this establishment. They somehow made the exciting process of purchasing a new car into a horrific and convoluted mess wright the service provided by this establishment. It completely awes me that someone with so little regard for a customer can be called a "manager". I have never encountered anyone who is so unfit for their position. Needless to say, customer service is not their specialty. When purchasing a car their are so many other options available, there is no need to ever go here. I went to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle that was in stock. Was told the mark up would be 5k to 8k more than msrp. When I asked for the price breakdown and payments the salesperson asked me that was in stock. Was told the mark up would be 5k to 8k more than msrp. When I asked for the price breakdown and payments the salesperson asked me for a credit card to present to his manager to "show I was serious about buying the vehicle." This was so odd. He said it wouldn't be charged. Why would they need a credit card to show I was interested? I refused, even though I have a wallet full of credit cards. The manager came out with his "best offer" of 8k over msrp. I left and won't be returning. I also find it odd that all reviews for this dealership were written within a few days of each other. Hmmmmm More
