After 24 days of shopping for a car and having stormed out of a handful of car dealerships, I found Jordan and he made buying my car easy peasy! The experience was Fast! Hassle-free! Fair! Respectful! Professional! No tricks! I have no time for xx. I was going to use my own bank for financing but even they were making things so difficult. Jordan did his best to help me with that but finally, it made more sense to just work with your dealership instead of my bank. Jordan got the deal done! I hope my car works out for me because I only want to work with Jordan when I have to buy my next car. He turned the whole experience around for me. I walked in to your dealership very unhappy but left smiling! More

I’ve always dreaded the car-buying process, largely due to past experiences with dealerships and salespeople. As a woman, I’ve unfortunately encountered the all-too-common stigmas and challenges that often to past experiences with dealerships and salespeople. As a woman, I’ve unfortunately encountered the all-too-common stigmas and challenges that often come with negotiating a vehicle purchase. Since becoming a Nissan customer in 2010, I’ve had very few dealership experiences that I could truly call enjoyable, until now. Working with Vinny Napolino at Kia completely changed my perspective. He was the only salesman who took the time to provide a transparent breakdown of the numbers via email, allowing me to save time at the dealership and make informed decisions. This level of honesty and efficiency immediately established trust and respect. On top of that, he secured the most competitive pricing among all the Kia dealerships I contacted on Long Island, which ultimately led me to choose their dealership for my lease. Once we finalized the deal online, my time at the dealership was seamless (just 3 hours from start to finish). I initially worked with Matt, a young and enthusiastic salesperson who made the experience enjoyable with his fresh approach. Alex ensured a smooth transition, handling insurance, the Kia app setup, and thoroughly walking me through every feature in my new car. He was extremely knowledgeable. George in finance was EXCEPTIONALLY patient, addressing all my questions with clarity and professionalism and teaching me along the way. What truly set this experience apart was the dedication of Vinny, Alex, and George. They stayed with me until 10:30 PM, ensuring I felt confident, informed, and comfortable every step of the way. Their patience, respect, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference! I'm 33 years old and for the first time, I can say I had an outstanding experience at a dealership. I love my new car, and thanks to this incredible team, I no longer carry the same apprehension about car buying. PURCHASING THE KIA SORRENTO WAS OK FINANCE EXPLANATION WAS NOT GOOD DUE TO THE FACT THAT KIA HAD DIFFERENT RULES FOR PAYING DOWN THE PRINCIPLE! VERY CONFUSING WHEN CALLED WE WERE DEALING WITH THE PHILLIPI WAS NOT GOOD DUE TO THE FACT THAT KIA HAD DIFFERENT RULES FOR PAYING DOWN THE PRINCIPLE! VERY CONFUSING WHEN CALLED WE WERE DEALING WITH THE PHILLIPINES (TERRIBLE) EXPERIANCE. ON FEBRUARY 18,2025 TOOK IN FOR FIRST SERVICE AND WE DELT WITH AARON POLLACK (TERRIFIC) SERVICE) VERY HELPFUL WITH PROBLEMS WITH THE KIA, WAS GREAT DEALING WITH A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON. AGAIN, THE KIA FINANCE DEPT. NEEDS TO GET THE SYSTEM IN BETTER FORM. IT IS OUR UNDERSTANDING THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAS CHANGED HANDS, THE FINACING HELP THAT WAS NEEDED WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
