Had a scheduled 2 item service for this upcoming weekend with Atlantic Subaru, called on a Monday to confirm the cost. They said, $40/tire rotation and between $105 and $140 for the oil change. I asked, well which is it going to be, $105 or $140, they sad they would call back. No call, Thursday morning I called and asked again, they said they would get back to me, no call. Called Copeland Subaru, $30/tire rotation and $90/oil+filter. Set an appointment with Copeland, cancelled the appointment with Atlantic Subaru. I'm saving between $25 and $60, and got an immediate direct estimate. More

The service department was super busy and I waited a very long time.I had ann appointment. After 2 hrs when I checked progress, they hadn’t even begun. No one let me know.
