I had an excellent experience at Atlantic Toyota, and this was honestly one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever made. Nelson was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with from start this was honestly one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever made. Nelson was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with from start to finish. Even though there was a hiccup with the first vehicle I selected already being sold, the management team stepped in immediately and went out of their way to make things right. In a very low-inventory market for Highlander Hybrids, they were able to locate an equivalent vehicle within a few days and fully honor the original agreement. Communication was clear, there were no games, and everything promised was delivered as expected. I really appreciated the effort from both Nelson and the management team to ensure the process stayed smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Atlantic Toyota to anyone looking for a fair, professional, and efficient buying experience. More
