I was surprised to see a man at a desk in service smoking a cigarette (yuk), I would think that the owner is not aware. Looks bad!! I would think that this was not allowed. Just one suggestion. As my first time there for service, I did not know that you just drive up to the garage door and it quickly opens for you, so I parked in back and had to walk in rain in to service and was told to go bring my car in!!! Maybe we should’ve known this??? Anyway it was nice to drive right in and right out once I knew... Thanks More
