I couldn't be happier with the service I've received at Atlantic over the past week. When my family arrived at the dealership on Sunday afternoon, Zeke came right out to see what we were looking for. He explained that the exact car I'd seen online was being detailed off-site, but since it was still available for purchase, would I like to test-drive the same car in a different color? He emphasized the safety aspects of the car, and when he was explaining the engine features and the tech specs, he didn't talk down to me simply because I'm a woman -- I've experienced this at other dealerships, and I was very impressed to be treated like a rational adult at Atlantic. The car was exactly what I wanted, and the internet special rate meant it was the right price, too. Zeke and the finance people worked to quickly certify the vehicle as a "Certified Pre-Owned Toyota" so I could qualify for a promotional interest rate that kept my projected monthly payment low. The service group installed a remote starter for me at a reasonable price, too. I picked up my car (in the exact color I originally wanted) last night, and it was impeccably clean both inside and out. Zeke sat with me for well over 30 minutes to explain all the car's features, and he even helped me return my rental vehicle that night. I drove off the lot with a full tank of gas, which is a small thing that goes a long way with me -- the last time I bought a car, the fuel gauge was on E before I even made it down the dealer's driveway. Both Zeke and Jack Sharkey, the Business Manager, were fantastic -- they were helpful without being pushy, and they were remarkably accommodating when I explained that I was waiting on a check from my insurance company to cover my down payment. In addition he said he would take care of processing my check, and he would take care of ALL paperwork (registration, license plate transfer, Title, Etc.).
