This dealership doesn't value their present customers Not only have I leased 2 RAV4 in a single year due to circumstances out my control. This dealership does not value there repeated customers. I have a 2012 RAV4 which lease is ending and I question their exchange program that is seen on there advertising screen in their service waiting area. Well guess what I end up sitting with a salesperson I had been communicating via email and he brought me to a sales manager my 2012 RAV4 has only 23,300 miles on it I very good condition and my lease was 12,000 so 3/36,000 allowed so I am under 13,000 of miles allowed I have been paying for. So you'd think dealership would make it right and credit a customer for those unused miles NOT!!!! I was told that to get into 2915 RAV4 they'd give me a lease for $4,300 down which is $750 less then the $5,000 I had but down for my 2012 RAV4 like they were doing me a favor cause my low miles on my 2012 not that there was and advertised offer of $750 off. They low ball the value of my low miles 2012 RAV4 when else were it is listed $17,000 if good condition. I had just had that day serviced the 2012 RAV4 same day I spoke to sales in the service waiting room. Surprise I get home and few shows later a female salesperson from that dealership calls my house saying she saw me and saw my lease was soon ending. First of all I didn't see or speak to a female salesperson there no less I have told the dealership io Sri having different sales people calling my house number as well as my cellphone I have been getting call 3 times and more every week even months prior to my lease end date. I tell them put in their computer I was waiting for the 2016 RAV4 to come in or if they can beat my present 2012 RAV4 payments for a 2015. But nope I guess they are all illiterate oh just dumb and obnoxious cause the calls keep coming and nothing worth my time. Even the salesperson who walked me to the sales manager sat a side me like he was lost didn't speak a word and fight for greeting me a good deal. Why have salesman when they sit their numb and let sales managers treat their customer like they are stupid. I had told other sales people I was not going to work with them cause I had been in contact with this one salesperson and I keep my word that if you fight for me your customer I would not go behind his back and make a deal with some other sales person. Well you know who you all are that have played me yesterday as well as you who played me and didn't fulfill your advertisement phone calls and mailings for super storm Sandy victims of the offer of zero down same payments as the leases we already were in. Before yesterday you had already lost numerous deals from friends and family who went to other dealerships cause the treatment toward your 2 time customer in a single lease year. Now you completely list me as a customer and I will continue to let people to know this dealership doesn't care to keep their customers returning. They would just take the pennies off youreyes and empty your pockets and tell people they are your friend. I called the sales department today and told them to remove me from their call sheets meaning my home number as well is cellphone let's see can the heat and read that. I considered multiple calls a week to both my phones harassment. There are plenty of other dealerships not part the Atlantic franchise owners to go to can not be played. Everyone beware of their games. And Alantic don't text and call me about how I shouldn't put this TRUE review up here like I had after Feb 2015 being screw by your sales persons and manager. I am done with you you are not going to waste another minute of my time with your unprofessionalism and false advertisement. Sales people need to stand up for their potential customers instead of slouching down in a chair next to them doing nothing then stand outside with me like what was said by their sales manager was ok and them doing zero. And sales manager you are nothing when you can't get present customers stay customers you just now gain another I satisfied customer that surely will spread the word what games you have played and the time you wasted of ours. Enjoy trying to clear out the 2015 rav4's and other 2015 vehicles off your lot before the 2016s coming in you will not clear them how you treated me cause I am hearing a lot of unhappy customers not coming back to you. No less I put reviews up my experience that you Lianne Get a customer shortly after my post to stand in front your camera videoing a being feed line from You which everyone can hear your voice in the background telling them what to say to try to make my review wrong. Again another proof that you don't value having customers and trying to have present customers become repeated customers. More

If it not for an elderly gentleman who barged in to the office of my service rep and started telling him his tale of woe, I would have been out a little earlier with my car. The service rep did not want to be rude to him, so I cannot hold it against him. More

His professionalism and his knowledge of his field was not only impressive but extremely helpful. When he showed me the truck I was looking for " Toyota Tacoma " he had all the answers to my questions about the vehicle. This made my decision very easy. The sales department was equally as helpful and professional. Jessica was extremely helpful and explained everything I was signing and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I didn't think I would ever be able to own a brand new truck, but Ben , Jessica and the entire staff at Atlantic Toyota made the process easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who is looking to purchase a car or truck. More

He was patient & courteous, but most of all NOT pushy. It took me a month to finally purchase the car due to me not being sure of which vehicle to purchase. I came into the dealership many times during the month and every time, AHMED took his attentive time to answer all my questions and review information told to me many times. I was a tough person to deal with but my experience with AHMED went very smooth. My guards eventually came down and I purchased a car. I am enjoying (as my Dad would say)"my new toy".
