Found on Atlantic Toyota Carguru where the car was listed as having no accidents, called to inquire about if the vehicle asked if any accidents was told no, went to test drive this vehicle then asked the sal as having no accidents, called to inquire about if the vehicle asked if any accidents was told no, went to test drive this vehicle then asked the salesperson if it had any accidents was told no, when I signed the paperwork for this vehicle asked again if it had been in any accidents but again was told no, and when the car was delivered signing the paperwork asked yet again if this car was in accident, was told no, only after I got the vehicle did I find out they had lied and in fact the vehicle had been in an accident, they had repaired the vehicle and sold it as no accidents. I'm pretty sure they have shifted their service department to a commission program. I booked an oil change appointment through the link that was texted to me. $119 for an oil change. When I got there, the oil change was $129 By the time I picked the vehicle up, and after taxes, the oil change ended up costing over $160. I asked for a price on a replacement key fob: $520. Got a new OEM one online for $65, and found a company locally to program it for $25. Prior to picking up my vehicle, I was notified that I needed several "urgent" issues dealt with on my vehicle. Keep in mind, this is a 2 year old car with 28k miles on it: 4WD service $590 Rear brakes $490 HVAC service $290 Engine tune-up: minor tune-up $480 License plate bulb $50 So, I went in for an oil change, and was send a quote for an additional $1900 worth of "urgent" service requirements. I opted out of all of these services, and will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I feel like this is an incentive program for the service department instead of a maintenance department looking out for the safety of the customer. Shameful. More

Atlantic Toyota is a phenomenal dealership that I will be exclusively going to and working with for any vehicle needs I have. Anytime I have ever called to make a service appointment, I am always relieved and glad to get to speak with a human representative and not an endless AI-robot maze of an answering system. Making appointments is easy and when I arrived, my advisor Tyler M. was wonderfully kind, professional, and courteous. I waited in the waiting area while my Camry was being worked on and was done & back on the road in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More
