Quick and easy service visit I had to bring my wife's Highlander in for a recall notice for the airbag cable. Mike, in service, was a pleasure to deal with. Electrical problem diagnostic/repair I have been experiencing unknown electrical issues with my 2012 Toyota Corolla. The cars alarm would not always respond to the key at all, the radio a I have been experiencing unknown electrical issues with my 2012 Toyota Corolla. The cars alarm would not always respond to the key at all, the radio and clock would reset by the next time I got into my car, my gauges would be stuck in the on position after turning the vehicle off and my power steering even malfunctioned while I was driving. I brought the car in to your service center where Benny Mak was my service advisor. He attentatively listened to the problems I was having with my car, and told me not to worry since my car was still covered under the 3year/36k warranty. He offered me a seat in the waiting area and told me he'd advise me as soon as possible to what the source problem was. After waiting for about an hour, he came over to me after finishing with another customer just to let me know that they were still checking the car and apologizing for the wait. Soon after he came back to tell me that they had found a loose and corroded chassis ground and that they cleaned it and re tightened it and that the rest of my electrical system checked out fine. Since getting the car back the electrical problems have not returned. I was always wary of bringing my car to dealerships for service, but thanks to Benny my experience at Atlantic was great! More
New lease I was very pleased with the way Lianne Dunne treated me, she was warm, friendly and very easy to talk to. One of the so called managers, I believed hi I was very pleased with the way Lianne Dunne treated me, she was warm, friendly and very easy to talk to. One of the so called managers, I believed his name was Mike was very rude and was trying to push the sale on me. I will recommend other people to come but would sent them to see Lianne. First oil change Brought my 2011 Tacoma in for its first oil change .I bought it as a used car from dealer .I had appointment during week so it was not that busy.
