I would like to retract the above statement... I will never do business with Atlantic Toyota, NY...They have no integrity and do not honor contracts. A simple request of giving me a line by line breakdown of the cost of my lease buyout was met with dishonesty and empty promises of sending me this info. I finally went into their dealership and spent 3hrs playing the waiting game with the end result of "they can not give me line by line breakdown." More

I feel the overall experience with Toyota from the salesman to the sales consultant and even the greeters was completely proffessional and courteous which satisfied my specfiic needs. Lianne was a great sales person. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible. My husband and I were very pleased to do business with Efrain Pagan and Tafawa Lee at Atlantic Toyota. They listened to our needs and responded to our questions professionally and their answers reflected Efrain Pagan and Tafawa Lee at Atlantic Toyota. We leased the Corolla LE Eco Plus and were told of all the features this model had to offer. Efrain and Tafawa were very pleasant and wore a friendly smile. Customer Service was great because there was no pressure and we were given time to make our decision. Also, even though AtlanticToyota is not a Costco dealer they were willing to meet the Costco price. This made negotiations much smoother.Tafawa was well-spoken, carefully explaining the content of all paperwork to be signed. Efrain was very helpful the day we picked up the vehicle as well. He went through important things we needed to know and He even helped us set up our cell phone to the car's bluetooth!! All in all, it was our pleasure to do business with them! More

The description on how to use was very limited and as a result I have had to use the Toyota manual to find out about the audio/navigation/remote starter. Was told that the lease agreement and sticker from the car would be faxed to my insurance company-to date they have not received the documents. I have reservations about my recommendation for this dealership. Want confirmation that my insurance company received the necessary documents.
