He is responsive and helpful especially in our time of need. Hurricane Sandy was a dreadful loss for us. We lost both our cars and Joe was able to get us cars when there were none to be found because of the storm in a very timely manner. Joe was able to get us a new 2013 Venza and a new 2012 Camry. We greatly appreciate working with Joe and all of the staff at Toyota. The service is beyond excellent. Moreso, we never in the past 15 years have experienced any problems with any of the cars we have purchased. The quality of the Toyota cars is the best. We are extremely satisfied customers and would not go to anyone else. More
I was able to get out of the car I didn't want and get into one I did. Lianne worked very hard at making the deal happen dispite some hurtles that had to be overcome. this was the best experience we had purchasing a car. our Sales person was the best and explained everything. Usually my husband is not to trustworthly with Sales reps since he is one him self but both Tasha Sales person was the best and explained everything. Lianne was fast and listened to my wants... Too bad Storm Sandy made it impossible to have more choses on RAV4 available would been really nice to get a moonroof in one already so didn't get the moonroof... Storm Sandy etc things have gone wrong that I need to purchase a new RAV4 so early in my lease... But Lianne went over pricing and tried her best to get the best deal for me of what Rav4 were available let alone 2013 don't show up till February didn't have much time to search since I was without a vechicle... She went over vehicle with we before driving away since my 2011 RAV4 was not a 4wd so I need to understand it more. She even contected my cellphone to the handsfree system but Toyota needs to get more up-to-date since you have to use a knob to dial so what is up with that TOYOTA.... we had a good laugh while listening to our self talking through the speakers.. Steve made also a hard and financial stressful time for all us to laugh and be thankful things could been worse and went over everything with detail too. So thankful to be able to walk into a showroom and not be pushed into things you don't want... Actually I remember Lianne from 2011 but that time I didn't have the luck of her being my salesperson.. I have told many that Amityville Toyota is the best not only sale staff pleasant and knowledgeable to be around but everyone working there so kind.... Efrain Pagan was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He was a pleasure to deal with and I rate him at all "5"'s. I did have a negative experience with the Finance person. He altered the offer at the last minute, was insulting, and not very helpful in answering my questions. I feel as thought I may have wanted to purchase the extended warranty, but he was not his approach and attitude did not inspire trust, so I decided not to purchase anything from him. He removed an agreed to rebate and would not investigate the agreement at all - he made no attempt to even ask the sales person. I cam very close to not purchasing the automobile because of your financing person. Since I came in with the intention to purchase in cash, I found his attitude and lack of professionalism confusing. In good faith I purchased this automobile. Your finance person would not look me in the eye or shake my hand at the end of the transaction. A "Thank You" from him was too much to expect I suppose. I will see how the product performs and how your maintenance department performs before I consider doing further business with your dealership. I'm considering replacing my wife's car and my mother inlaw is considering replacing her car. If I do go to Atlantic I will not make a purchase if I am dealing with him or someone with the same behavoir. To be honest, I was hoping to have a good experience purchasing a new car. We love Toyota products. We worked closely with Brian to agree on the price for the lease of our new Camry as well as the necessary paperwork. However, when we arrived at the dealership to take possession o agree on the price for the lease of our new Camry as well as the necessary paperwork. However, when we arrived at the dealership to take possession of the car, we waited 4 Hours before we left...from 5-9 pm. Why? Because there was a snafu in processing the required paperwork and it sat in the credit manager's in box and nobody followed up to ascertain its progress. And after waiting for so long and our frustration building, nobody offered us anything to eat or drink. Some other person named Tom took over and was knowledgeable and efficient More
