During my whole car buying experience I was very turned off and felt jaded to the whole experience. However on 1/03/2013, after a few minutes of looking around and getting a feel for the showroom; my fathe off and felt jaded to the whole experience. However on 1/03/2013, after a few minutes of looking around and getting a feel for the showroom; my father and I were approached by LIANNE DUNNE. She was very straight forward and right to the point. She told us that she could take $1,000 of the sticker price and even threw in an Auto Starter as per my request. However, after I checked the paperwork the $1,000 she took off appeared as “Destination fees/Administrative fees” which apparently everyone needs to pays. In addition, now I have to make an appointment to the service center and wait a whole day for installation because I went after the service center was closed. (I will follow up and let you know what happens with that because I heard horror stories about their auto service center) During the time I was waiting for my car to get ready LIANNE DUNNE bought my father and me dinner. She came over with Brain her manager and explained that the $1,000 was actually taken off and even offered to extend my 2 year warranty to a 5 year warranty. I told them that I need time to think it over and that I will get back to them. In retrospect, I think I did get a really amazing deal so; I am very satisfied with LIANNE DUNNE. Zero Percent financing on a 2012 Limited Rav4 AWD, with remote starter for $32,512 (This is with all the taxes, fees, DMV and whatnot) OUT THE DOOR. FYI: Whatever you do pray that Troy Williams is not your Finance guy. Total xxxxxx! I asked him very politely about the $1,000 and he’s like “Didn’t LIANNE DUNNE tell you and go over that with you?” I was like “ok” (How are you going to be the finance guy and you’re going to tell me that the sales rep should have went over that with me?) Well where do I begin,,, A few days before Christmas my son went into this dealership and saw a car he loved.. (Infinity G35) The salesman Anthony Capanelli was a perfect gentleman and went above and beyon son went into this dealership and saw a car he loved.. (Infinity G35) The salesman Anthony Capanelli was a perfect gentleman and went above and beyond to meet my sons needs however the finance director Mr. John Michaels (so he calls himself) made this sale an experience I would never wish on my worst enemy... We put a deposit down of $7,000.00 along with trading our old car a( Dodge Caliber) for a value of $10,000.00 -which they came up with !!! We went in to buy the car after my son had to have his caliber fixed with a new clutch which we totally understood was our due dilligence in accepting the new car... We took full responsibility for this and was assured that the ONLY amount due was the car with the new clutch and an additional $1400.00 . We were called numerous times the week before Christmas saying that the car (infinity) needed to be off the lot and that they couldnt wait anymore for us to have the caliber fixed... Problem was the clutch was back ordered and when it finally arrived we were told by Mr. Michaels to just bring in the car with the clutch and they will do it there themselves but we would have to pay an additional $600.00... we agreed because we were told the car needed to be off the lot ASAP... ok so we go in and close the deal signed contract and all...... THEN 3 days later and about 10-12 phone calls 2x on Christmas Eve we are told that we are going to have charges pressed against us and that they will have criminal charges set against my son because according to them now there is (frame damage) on the car!! SERIOUSLY! xxx are u kidding me??? Mr John Michaels caused me so much stress on Christmas Eve --with his phone calls (all taped by the way) stating that we need to bring him an additional $10,000.00 or we will have criminal charges set against us... After arguing it out he then calls my son and tells him -ok just bring in $5,000.00.. I called him myself and assured him that my lawyer will be contacting him shortly and he has not got a leg to stand on .. we have a signed contract and YOU gave us an amount for trade in... lets not kid ourselves- the caliber was bought 1 year ago and my son payed 18,000.00 for it --we all know this car was going on their lot for prob. $15,000.00.... After speaking with Mr. John Michaels he then calls my son two days later and tells him just bring us the muffler and the deal will be finished you dont have to bring in any more money.... WHAT!!!!!!! What kind of place is this--- first the deal is closed then u want addl 600.00 to fix clutch cause u cant wait anymore then we get threats for addl.$10,000.00 due and then it goes down to $5,000.00 and then just a muffler.... OMG This was a nightmare-- My lawyer contacted them at the dealership and its now over...... not to mention it still cost me another addl. $250.00 for lawyer fees... Thanks guys -:( all I can say is our salesman Anthony Capaneli was such a professional, sincere, and wonderful young man, who really should be commended on his mark of excellence shown . Its a shame it had to end this way because with the exception of Anthony I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone...not even my worst enemy........ :( :( More

Michael Miller was the only decent person i dealt with there! The financing department tried to royally rip me off with a 800 credit score. They tried to force me to finance with them and said i would not there! The financing department tried to royally rip me off with a 800 credit score. If i didn't want this used vehicle so bad i would have told them to stick it. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY IF U CAN!!!!!!! More
