My experience with Jennifer Mora was excellent. She was very professional. My issue was with the finance department. I was given a price and was all set buy a 2012 Toyota Camry, after being told that the very professional. My issue was with the finance department. I was given a price and was all set buy a 2012 Toyota Camry, after being told that the loan from my 2007 Camry would be paid off by the dealership. After all my insurance and registration information was switched over, I then find out from the finance department that they can't give me the deal that was promised to me, and also that they were unable to pay off the full amount of my existing loan, and the remaining balance was rolled over to my new car loan. I was furious!!!!! Jennifer came to the rescue and I'm now the proud owner of a 2013 Toyota Corolla. I will definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone. More

I was coming to the end of my lease,I had a 2010 Highlander, and had received many promotion/mail calls/correspondence. My Highlander was a great vehicle but I was on the fence about going back to Highlander, and had received many promotion/mail calls/correspondence. My Highlander was a great vehicle but I was on the fence about going back to a pickup truck.I sat down with William Blackwood after seeing a Tacoma on the lot. We worked with the numbers and came to a fair agreement. They inspected my Highlander and I was pleased to find that there were no surprise issues with the return.I was taken to the finance office and everything was prepared without a hitch. My new Tacoma was prepped and brought to the lot. William patiently instructed me on the use of all of the trucks options and set up my bluetooth.The whole process took about 4 1/2 hours. William wished me well and the day ended on a positive note. I highly recommend Atlantic Toyota to anyone that is considering a new/used vehicle. This is my 6th Toyota vehicle and I have had great experiences with all of them. Past experience with the service department has also been positive but I have to note that with all of my vehicles there has never been a major mechanical problem. Sold a brand new Yaris. After owning five weeks went through puddle. Three inches water in car. Told insurance had to deal with it. When I brought sopping wet car into Service right after it happened I was told to call back next morning after problem was diagnosed. Called next morning and was initially told to call back the following day as my service adviser was out for day.SOPPING WET! I persisted and was told water came in from BOXES under car. I pretended I was a new customer and called Sales pretending I was new customer. Asked what their lowest price car was. Asked 2x told it was Corolla. I asked Salesman about the Yaris. He said he could get me one if I wanted but that they were not as DURABLE as Corolla. I called General Manager told him I did not want the car anymore. I felt it was a bad model. Explained that with Toyota I had 20+ or so years experience with Toyota. He told me Life is not perfect. This from a company that has TOTALLY SATISFIED as their motto. He told me to get the car fixed by insurance company and Werte might try to sellme a different car. More
