Ariel Cohen was our sales person. When I told him what I wanted and the price I could afford he tried very hard to fit my needs. At first it didn't look like a deal was happening but after going home he cal wanted and the price I could afford he tried very hard to fit my needs. At first it didn't look like a deal was happening but after going home he called me the next day to try to work something out. After returning we were able to work out a deal with the price I wanted. To finalize the deal we worked with Robert Jr. Savage. He was the nicest man and helped us out greatly. I usually don't get the extended warenty, but Robert explaned to us about the money back guarentee if it is not used. We got the extended warenty and are very happy we did. Robert was also very nice to my two young daughters while we did the paperwork. He treated us very nicely and we appreciate that. More

Joseph Handerhan leased me my camry in 2010, because of Joe's kindness and professionalism I had no doubt that I would return again. I was able to explain to Joe that my credit had been challenged since m Joe's kindness and professionalism I had no doubt that I would return again. I was able to explain to Joe that my credit had been challenged since my present husband's wife had kept us in court for 17 years and as a result it had hurt our credit rating pretty bad. I have been, however, since 1980 and Joe was willing to look at me the real person not a credit rating that did not reflect me the buyer. In 2012 it was time to turn in my lease, which I did with much less miles than I was allowed and the car had been maintained and in great condition. I assured that as I respected Joe Handerhan's diligent attempts to get me in a car and to work to provide a payment that was not prohibitive to the success of my leasing a car. I am know leasing a 2012 Camry S and enjoy it's ride and the handling of the car. If I were to make any negative comment it would not be about Joe, it would be that the dealership should have someone available to get Pandora, GPS, Internet connections working properly before leaving the dealership. It still is not operable and because I work a full-time job in a government position I do not have the time available to return to Atlantic Toyota and spend a long time getting this functional. I would also say that the montly payment is a high especially given I have owned 5 toyota's and have paid them all off. I have Toyota financing and the fact that it took me 2 years to get Toyota to take my 2008 Solara off my credit rating even tho paid off for 2 years it remained to continue to effect my rating. The staff from the receptionist and everyone after are kind knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have found Joe Handerhan a special person, as a Salesperson he has a heart and tries very hard to help and assist the customer to get the best experience he can. I thank you Joe and of course I will return. As a matter of fact I like Joe so much I brought my son Daniel to Joe and I hope Danny continues for years to come to and trust and experience that purchasing a car can be a good experience. In fact, Daniel is telling all of his friends about how AWESOME Joe Handerhan was to him. I of course continue to refer friends and family every chance I get. More
