First Brand New Car First time new car buyer. I first met my salesman Joey about 2 months ago when I walked in just to look and see what I liked. I was up front with him First time new car buyer. I first met my salesman Joey about 2 months ago when I walked in just to look and see what I liked. I was up front with him and told him I couldn't do anything that day. He was very respectful of that and not pushy at all. Since that day Joey would keep in touch with me every few weeks to see if I had picked out what I wanted. He never blew up my phone everyday like some dealers do. I finally decided what I wanted and went in yesterday to sit down with him. Second I got there he greeted me at the door and asked me if I wanted anything to drink or anything. We sat down and crunched some numbers. He got down to the lowest he could go but it wasnt good enough for me as I wasnt comfortable at that price. He wanted me to get the best deal possible so he called over his manager Carlos ,another good dude, who sat down and tried to do the best he could. We finally were able to make a deal. It was actually a better deal then true car and cargurus. I was very excited with my deal I even bought Carlos lunch lol. Then I had to go to financing. I sat down with a wonderful lady named Briana. She was such a sweetheart and helped me out so much. Gave me the best option for me. That day I left with my brand new 2018 4Runner and 3 new friends.
