I recently moved to the Bronx and I made the trip to West Islip anyway. Once I arrived, Ben greeted me at the front desk rather quickly and we began the process of putting me in a new car. Like I said, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but Ben was extremely patient and allowed me to experience each car at my own pace — all while explaining safety features and the pros and cons of each vehicle. After some time (I’m so indecisive), I settled on a RAV4. Ben was patient, funny, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. He definitely made such a long day tolerable and smooth.
