I had an urgent problem with my car and drove to the dealership a day before I was scheduled to be seen … Rick was behind the desk and made arrangements to have my car looked at despite an already busy dealership a day before I was scheduled to be seen … Rick was behind the desk and made arrangements to have my car looked at despite an already busy day . The team was able to evaluate and recommend what was needed as soon as possible… it was later determined that a part needed to be ordered and that it would take a couple of days before I could get my car back … arrangements were made for me to get a loaner car so I was not stranded without a car … everyone was exceptional ! My car is fixed with Toyota parts … it became available exactly when Rick said it would ….i feel safer when driving … it’s a win win ! I plan to buy a new Toyota in a year and know that the place to buy will be Atlantic Toyota More

Our service advisor, Donny, was excellent. He took the time to show me how to work the climate control system.
