disappointed customer Bought brand new 2017 RAV one year ago. Salesman (Clyde) was excellent. But when I took my car in for one year service (which I booked online thru Dea Bought brand new 2017 RAV one year ago. Salesman (Clyde) was excellent. But when I took my car in for one year service (which I booked online thru Dealer), I specifically requested an "Oil Change & Inspection Sticker". After checking in my car & waiting 90 minutes in wating area, service Rep called my name & said "You're all set" & handed me my keys & service papers. As I drove out of Atlantic Toyota & got onto the Lynnway, Rte 107, I looked at my front windshield & noticed the OLD inspection sticker. I immediately drove back to dealer to find out about my new inspection, only to find out that they NEVER did the inspection sticker AND NEVER did the oil change (both I reqested). I went back into the service office & the man at desk was shocked !! He went back into service technician to ask what happened & was told they could not do the inspecton sticker because my License Plate was too old. But no one communicated that to the service desk man. He apologized 10 times because he thought everything was done. I then asked "why" was my Oil change not done. He looked at the service technician' s report & said "I didnt need my oil changed at my 1st service appt & they'll do it next time. I was furious & sent an email to Atlantic Toyota requesting to please have the Service Dept Manager call me & gave my phone number. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I'll take my car somewhere else to be serviced ...NOT to Atlantic Toyota !!!! More

Airbag recall I tried to get the Toyota dealership in Danvers to help me with the airbag recall on my Corolla, but after talking to them in early March and being to I tried to get the Toyota dealership in Danvers to help me with the airbag recall on my Corolla, but after talking to them in early March and being told they don’t have the parts, I called again in April, still no luck. I decided to call the Lynn dealership and they were happy to accommodate me. I dropped the car off the day before my appointment and got a call shortly after that the car was all set, they had been able to get it done early. I’ll definitely go there again, good customer service :) More
