Just a routine visit My Prius was due for a tire rotation. My visit was on schedule. I was checked in and waited in the clean and warm waiting room. Great dealership The office is great. It is larger than the dealer in Lexington. The waiting area is at least 10 times bigger. You can park your car inside the indoor The office is great. The waiting area has a room for kids. Free coffee and donuts m. Only downside is that the service took 1.5 hrs instead of the regular 1 1/4, but it was worth the extra 15 min of pleasure. More

The service managers are the the most courteous and friendly professionals I've met in the automobile industry. I just service my vehicle this morning for the annual safety inspection, and had another great experience. This family ran organization really does treat everyone like family. There's no pressure to purchase any additional services and the atmosphere is warm, and inviting. I've been to dealerships like IRA to service my vehicles and they will try to up-sell unnecessary service products, and in addition their service managers are extremely rude, impatient, and uninviting. Keep up the great work Atlantic! More
