I took my 22 RAV4 for 20K service to this dealership. Once I got home, I did let the engine cool for 20 minutes and checked the oil level. To my surprise the oil level was double what the car required; t Once I got home, I did let the engine cool for 20 minutes and checked the oil level. To my surprise the oil level was double what the car required; the tech overfilled the car or forget to drain the oil!!! I went back and the supervisor did another oil change (correctly this time) and apologized to me. I waisted 3 hours of my time and risked an engine damage due to the overfill and I got a sorry. I will never service my car at this dealership and you should do the same. Technician cannot do even a simple oil change correctly!!!. More

If you are looking for dealership that cares for providing great customer service, earn your trust and maintain your vehicle well. Atlantic Toyota is not the place for you. The service staff does not care to at the bare minimum be professional and respectful to clients, backend work that any other dealership representing the Toyota brand is happy to do for their loyal customers is utterly disregarded at this store. On a basic human level, bare minimum standard of service, Carmen is the worst, most disrespectful and shady person I have ever encountered in the history of customer service, and since I work in a customer facing operational job, that says a lot to illustrate the service you will obtain here. Forget about asking to speak to a manager, no one seemed to be on duty (Saturday). Never coming back to this sorry excuse for a dealership again, honestly, Toyota USA should pull the brand from this group. More
