Every time I come to this dealership my experience is bad in some way. When I purchased my car, it was a mess. I arranged a date and time to come get the car, which I confirmed with the sales person I’d be w in some way. When I purchased my car, it was a mess. Day of purchase my car wasn’t ready and the salesperson was off for a known training event, but hadn’t left the paperwork prepared. Then the dealership argued with me about being able to place my old plate on my new car, which is what I’ve done on 5 past occasions buying cars (and what my insurance company told me I was supposed to do). Every time I’ve had routine service it’s also been painful. Takes hours to get a basic oil change. Last year (after waiting 6 hours for basic routine service) I was missing two valve stem caps and the shielding under my car was left unsecured. Today I knew to check the caps, and was missing one again! But the absolute horror of this dealership is the cashier. Every time I’ve gone to pay it’s been the same woman. She has been unbelievably rude to me each time. One time she was exceptionally nasty because she’d closed her drawer early and had to reopen it for me (and two people behind me who also left their cars and came back after the workday). Today she was doing something when I walked up, so I stood politely and waited. After ignoring me standing at the counter for a few minutes without so much as acknowledging me or stating she’d be with me in a moment, she turned and snapped, “do you need something?” Despite her tone, I smiled and said I needed to pay my bill. The interaction continued downhill from there to the point that I kept asking her to please just run my credit card so I could leave. I have no idea why I keep torturing myself by giving them more chances to do things right. But I’m all set. I’ll find somewhere new to service my car. And won’t ever consider buying there again. It’s unfortunate since some of their staff have been very nice and helpful, but the last person I see each time treats me like dirt. When the service department is slow and sloppy, too… it’s a miracle they’re in business at all. More
If I could give Anthony 0 stars i would his condescending and dismissive tone was like something I’ve never experienced before. He hung up on me mid me complaining about service performed on my car that was and dismissive tone was like something I’ve never experienced before. He hung up on me mid me complaining about service performed on my car that was not authorized and He continued to remain just as unprofessional in person upon me arriving to the dealership. He was disrespectful, argumentative and just completely inappropriate. If I were Toyota I would be sure to retrain him how to properly work customer service, as a supervisor myself I would never Allow my employees to talk to a customer the way Anthony spoke to me. Im disgusted More
The staff at Atlantic Toyota, from Darcy in Internet Sales and Desmond; my Leasing Consultant, to the Finance Department were all friendly, very professional and accommodating (as I had another appointm Sales and Desmond; my Leasing Consultant, to the Finance Department were all friendly, very professional and accommodating (as I had another appointment I had to get to), they let me schedule to come back later in the day to finish things up. Five Star service and they all followed great social distancing throughout so I felt safe as well. Thank you Atlantic Toyota!!! More
