Outstanding Service Beginning To End Today all I needed was to get an inspection ticker, and was taken care of quickly and efficiently with no additional work needed. I've been going to Atlantic Toyota with my 2008 RAV4 for approximately 5-6 years, and every time I go in for service, I insist on seeing Rick DiDonato at the service desk when I first walk in (who has been an extremely helpful and artiulate employee who makes sure you know if any extra work needs to be done on your vehicle and that you undestand why it needs to be done). Unfortunately, I rarely see the mechanics who do the actual work on my vehicle, but whenever there are maintenance issues, they always seem to get to the job done right the first time. In the rare case that Rick is not there, I have been taken care of just as well by other members of your front desk team. And when my vehicle is ready and I go to the cashier, Bonnie at the cashier's desk has also been outstanding, friendly, and extremely efficient. More

Excellent Service Center I unexpectedly got a flat tire on my way to work. I pulled in to the service center and Carmen was so awesome! Very professional I went in for an oil change and it was a wonderful experience.
