Also if you stayed later someone could manicure your nails? Go figure? Only thing as I asked for the car to be washed it took longer. Do not understand that?. The wait was two hours long which to me seemed excessive as you just had to check the oil, fluids and tire pressure. My car was the last one out from the people you arrived at 7:15 AM and I'm sure their cars were older? More

If it not for an elderly gentleman who barged in to the office of my service rep and started telling him his tale of woe, I would have been out a little earlier with my car. The service rep did not want to be rude to him, so I cannot hold it against him. More

Had my 15,000 mile check I made the appointment and was able to get one within 24 hours. I was greeted by Carlos who was most pleasant.
