Why I return I leased my Toyota rav4 in 2012 & have continued to return to Atlantic toyota for service and inspections because of the exceptional treatment custome I leased my Toyota rav4 in 2012 & have continued to return to Atlantic toyota for service and inspections because of the exceptional treatment customers receive. There are closer dealerships but I'll continue to bring my car to Atlantic. The service department is exceptional.....especially tim keehner who I have dealt with a few times. More

Recall on a 2006 Corolla I brought a Corolla in for a recall on the airbags. I dealt with Mike twice in service and he was attentive. NYS Inspection I made an appointment on-line to have my 2005 Tacoma inspected as required by NYS. Service Ordeal Bought a brand new, a 2014 Camry SE which was leaking oil from the steering column inside near driver’s feet. Brought car in for service which took a Bought a brand new, a 2014 Camry SE which was leaking oil from the steering column inside near driver’s feet. Brought car in for service which took a few weeks as part was not available, nonetheless, a much appreciated loaner vehicle was provided during that time. Two issues were noted after service was completed, the brake fluid reservoir cover was missing and steering wheel did not align to center. Not a happy customer, I make arrangements to bring car back to dealership and upon arriving, the service team apologized and were ready to evaluate and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Shortly after, the problems were rectified and I was on my way. The entire service team, Michele, Tasha and the technician whose name I cannot recall were courteous and professional. Kudous to the service team for being responsive and ensuring that I left a happy customer. Thanks. More
