I'm a fanatic about my rims on my Jeep. I brought my Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. When I came out to get in, I noticed scratches on my back driver side rim. I went in and told I brought my Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. When I came out to get in, I noticed scratches on my back driver side rim. I went in and told the guy and he came out and looked at it. He took a pic and said he highly doubts the tech did that because it wasn't near the lug nuts, and said his Manager would call me on Monday. So I got in and drive off aggravated. I got home and got out of my car and noticed the seat trim panel was broken. I figured why bother to say anything because I would get the answer that he highly doubts the tech did it..I know my 2022 Jeep Compass isn't a $50 Thousand dollar car, but I keep it nice and I take pride in it and to get an answer like "I highly doubt it" really aggrevates me because I'm not one of those people trying to get something for nothing. But I feel because I'm a female I don't know what I'm talking about. I have been in NJ Vehicle Inspection for over 23 years Inspecting cars for a living, so I pay attention to detail.
