Barry, Jake, and Bailee were very helpful without pressuring me into anything. They were patient and answered my questions clearly. I am trying a lease for the first time and I really like the car I pressuring me into anything. They were patient and answered my questions clearly. I am trying a lease for the first time and I really like the car I have. I love that Honda has such a good reputation but they still give wonderful support. I already received an email from Jake and am sending a couple of questions to him. I had just returned from two weeks in New York and my car had failed on me. I suffered from jet lag, vacation exhaustion, and a bit of urgency and yet they did not take advantage of me. My sister came with me and she was so impressed I think she is ready to purchase or lease a car from these same people. Great job! More

I had a short wait for my car to get it service. The gentleman that helped me inform me, that I had three more services on my warranty and that my accord is due for all the fluids change and he woul The gentleman that helped me inform me, that I had three more services on my warranty and that my accord is due for all the fluids change and he would give me an estimate of the cost for that. My service was done in a reasonable time. He did have my estimate ready to view, and told me to make an appointment at a later date for that. I should get a discount coupon from Honda to help with the cost on that upcoming service. I’ve always been happy with Auburn Honda service department. They’ve always been helpful and very informative when it comes to my two Hondas I got from them! More
