Even though they were really busy when I took my car in for an oil change, everyone was very courteous and professional and took care of customers as quickly as possible. The service advisor, Rita Olivo, w for an oil change, everyone was very courteous and professional and took care of customers as quickly as possible. The service advisor, Rita Olivo, was especially great. I had a problem with the care that needed to be checked out. She made sure she kept me informed during the whole process, and the problem was resolved quickly. And you can't beat the warm chocolate chip cookies they brought around for customers who were in the waiting room! More

I had 9 am appt and within 10 min was asked if service could go into next day. Then called next am and service had not started. I told service writer Rita that passenger rear tire needed to be checked si could go into next day. Then called next am and service had not started. I told service writer Rita that passenger rear tire needed to be checked since it was low every week or so. She advised all tires were good at 5 so I asked again and then she had it checked and they found nail and repaired for $45. Probably one of worst experiences I’ve had at this dealer. If I go back I’ll ask for different service person More
