Tried to haggle a bit on my trade in but they told me exactly why they wouldn't and made it clear to a point where I wasn't upset by it (doesn't hurt to try, right?)! Went on a Saturday so it was a little slow and busy but I imagine any other day it would have went a bit quicker. Had a small blinker issue we didn't see on the test drive but Shane told me to just swing in service at my convenience and they would fix it up no questions asked. Overall I was pleased and would recommend Auction Direct to someone else. More
