I appreciated his his ability to adapt to the hands off experience I was looking for. I came back to see him a few days later, still car-less. He was tying up some loose ends on a deal so the sales manager Jeff stepped in to show me around. They let me take the car out on my own to get a feel, which I loved. I drove it to my boyfriend's workplace and they all looked it over- my first thumbs up of approval! The next day my bf picked it up to take to the mechanic to check it over- it got an A+. Brand new tires and brake pads. I had already established my financing but they talked with me to make sure I was getting the best deal (no pressure). David went through the paperwork seamlessly, a quick, easy transaction. I am so excited about my car and have zero regrets with the process (a first for me).
