Awesome car buying experience! I did my homework regarding the type of car I was interested in and worked with the USAA Auto buying service. I found 2 Volkwagen CC sedans available I did my homework regarding the type of car I was interested in and worked with the USAA Auto buying service. I found 2 Volkwagen CC sedans available at Auction Direct USA in Raleigh, NC. I started a chat session with Andre Pulliams and scheduled a time to go into the dealership to look at the cars. I met Moussa Ndiaye upon my arrival and he showed me the cars and let me test drive both cars, with no high-pressure sales pitch involved. I decided which one I wanted, and because I already had my financing setup with USAA, it was an easy purchase with minimal out of pocket expense for me. I also have a 5 year, bumper to bumper Platinum service warranty included, and at a better price than USAA could provide! After leaving the car for cleaning and a minor repair to one of the tire rims, I have a beautiful, low mileage 1 owner car that I am proud of! Moussa is a great salesperson and he took great care of me. I am thrilled and thanks to Auction Direct USA, I have the car of my dreams!
