Great experience, amazing customer service- Thanks Willie!! I went 'car shopping' on a Saturday. I wasn't looking to buy a car but ended up falling in love with the Rav-4 they had on their lot. I snuck past the front desk and was exploring the different vehicles outside for about 30 minutes, and when I found the one I wanted to test drive, I went inside to the front desk where a man was sitting. I asked for some help and we hit it off right from the start. Willie happened to be at the front counter when I approached and he stayed with me throughout this entire experience. I test drove the vehicle, all the while getting to know Willie. He's a great guy with an honest heart and everyone should trust him with selling you a vehicle. I wish I could remember the man who helped me get the financial part worked out, but sir I thank you! Long story short, I walked away with a new & much needed upgrade! Super service in our purchase of a used car On April 21, 2017, we visited Auto Direct in Raleigh because we were in great need of a second car. We had been visiting other used car dealers with d On April 21, 2017, we visited Auto Direct in Raleigh because we were in great need of a second car. We had been visiting other used car dealers with disappointing results and noticed Auction Direct and its large number of vehicles as we were driving by. Daniel Queen showed us all the cars in our price range and we were delighted with his super friendly helpfulness and willingness to extend all efforts to help us. We found just what we were looking for in the way of features. All the options were spelled out and we took an extended warranty which seems reasonably priced and which gives us security on the road. Daniel made it clear that he would be there to help us if we ran into any problems in the future. I cannot remember the name of the man who drew up the documents--but appreciated his competence and cordiality. We also found the service department through Steve Middleton to be responsive in fixing a couple small details and in fully answering any questions that we had. We love our new "used" car--and an affordable monthly payment. More
