He left me alone to peruse cars and was happy to let me test drive various vehicles without trying to push me above my budget. After selecting a 2015 Hyundai Accent, he walked me through the paperwork with ease and grace. He was extremely patient to all my questions (and some of them were very basic) and all my skepticism (in buying a car in general, not with Auction Direct!). The car runs great, but Willie really proved to me how legitimate used car places can be. More

Fast forward one year, I am rear ended on the highway, resulting in a total loss of my car. It wasn't until I was asked about GAP insurance that I found out I didn't have it. So now, I'm out of car, and having to pay a small amount for a car I can't drive. Now, I went to at least 3 other places before I went to AuctionDirect. I talked to Connor and we hit it off from the start. He made the entire car buying experience a delight. I was able to get the car I wanted, for a price that fits my budget.
