I also have to say I like the 5 day or 500 mile guarantee you get with the vehicle if your not satisfied with your purchase they will replace it or give you a refund. They were also a lot cheaper than other dealerships I had look at for the same truck with the same options. I have recommended them to my family and friends. I'm very happy with my purchase . Easy To Deal With !! There was a lot of paper work, but they totally explain everything. If you don't like the deal you can just walk away. But your won't, because they have a lot to nice cars and vans to pick from. I worked with Tim and J.B.at the dealer ship and they were very professional and easy to talk to. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything, and there wasn't this back and forth dealing. And I know that is what MOST people hate about car dealerships. This is a used car dealership; but after the test drive and all the questions I asked, I was still able to leave without anybody hounding me to wait..... They just said that they would appreciate my business gave me hand shake and off I went. I did contact them a few days later and bought a mini van. Even after the sale they were concerned if I was happy with purchase.....Tim called me to make sure. I was having problems folding down one of my seats in my van. And I brought it back to have them look at it and they fixed the problem for me. Any problem I have with my van I know I can call them for answers. I have recommended Auction Direct to 5 of my friends. And I will go back to them for my teenage sons car next. More
