No pressure at all It was nice to buy at a place where the sales person gets paid the same whether you buy the cheapest car on the lot or the most expensive. Bought a used tundra. Picked out a truck on the lot. Received financial information with quick, straight forward, and accurate information. Purchased the truck and was very satisfied with the experience. Additionally, the truck had minor mechanical issues the day after I bought it, which happened to be a Sunday. I was over 100 miles from the dealership, so I called Willie - the salesman who helped me with my purchase. He arranged for me to get my vehicle repaired at a local shop and offered to reimburse me for the repair. Excellent response on his day off. I could not be more pleased. More

The moment I walked in, I felt I was I was in the market for a used M3. I did some search online and I came across a beautiful M3 at this dealership. The moment I walked in, I felt I was welcomed and everyone was really helpful. Then I had the opportunity to work with my sale person Mr. David Ngeve, he was courteous and professional. Went for a spin, loved the car, closed the deal, David went above and beyond and threw in a brand new original battery for the car, he even took the car to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection himself as I didn't have the time to do it myself. After this very pleasant and outstanding experience with David Ngeve and USA AD, I went back for another deal with David this time for my wife, she got a very nice Honda pilot. Bottom line, we had a very positive experience with David and dealership, everything went very smooth and we are very satisfied.
