Outstanding Sales experience This was our first time trying to find a vehicle from them. We went on. Friday night but didn't realize they closed at 8pm. My wife and I arrived abo This was our first time trying to find a vehicle from them. We went on. Friday night but didn't realize they closed at 8pm. My wife and I arrived about 7:55 PM. We were greeted by sales person (Tim Cooper) who I thought was going to tell us they were closing. However to our surprise he ask how could he help us. We told him we didn't realize they closed at 8 PM. Tim said let me help you find the vehicle we www looking for. So he gladly took us around to see the truck we saw online. We quickly looked at a few and found a different one we were interested in. We told Tim thanks so much for staying later than quitting time and we would come back first thing in morning to see what we could get for our trade in. To our surprise we got offered more for our trade in than anticipated which made it a no brainer to purchase our truck from Tim. Tim was a very friendly guy who applied no pressure on us. As we started the financial paperwork we also worked with General Sales Manager Victor Tetteh. He was also very friendly and helpful during the entire process. He didn't badger us about gap insurance extra warranty we could purchase or even additional items they could sell us with our new truck. Instead, Victor had all of the financial options payed out in very simple terms with the total monthly payments for the truck and each additional option in order to make it very simple for us to select what we wanted given our overall payment.
