Awesome experience! Joe was seriously so awesome to work with! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I didn't feel pressured at all, he was honest abou Joe was seriously so awesome to work with! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I didn't feel pressured at all, he was honest about what to expect and didn't try to push me to spend more (even suggested some cheaper cars!) He was very upfront about which car to avoid given my circumstances and my particular must haves. The process was so smooth from start to finish, I will be an auction direct customer for life now! Also, Keith was my finance guy and he was just as awesome! They got me approved when no one else could. They both even stayed after hours to help finish the transaction. I drove off in the perfect car for me, at the right price thanks to Joe and Keith! Thanks so much!!!! More
